- Please note that the client is responsible for carefully reviewing all text, including spelling and wording, before sharing the webpage with guests. As we work with orders in many different languages, we’re unable to verify language accuracy.
• How do guests RSVP to our invitation?
Guests can RSVP directly through your personalized event webpage by tapping the RSVP button and completing the online form.
All responses are instantly saved to your private dashboard, where you can track attendance, manage meal choices, +1s, and more — all in real time.
- Can I collect RSVPs for multiple events? Yes! You can include multiple sub-events under one RSVP form — like a welcome dinner, ceremony, and brunch — and guests can respond to each one individually.
- Can I limit my RSVP form to guests on my list only? Absolutely. Use Restricted RSVP Mode to allow only guests you’ve pre-added to your list to respond. They’ll need to enter their name to access the form.
- What if I don’t have a guest list yet?
No problem! Just use Open RSVP Mode — guests can enter their names and respond for themselves and others in their household, up to the guest limit you set.
• Can we password-protect our online invitation?
Yes! We can add a password to your webpage. Only guests with the password (chosen by you) will be able to view your invitation and event details.
• How do I send the link to my guests so I can track who received it?
We recommend sharing your event link via iMessage or WhatsApp, either in a direct message or group chat. This allows you to easily see who has received it and follow up with anyone who hasn’t opened or responded. You can also copy and paste the link into emails or printed cards with a QR code, depending on your guests’ preferences.
