Refunds cannot be provided after delivery of a digital file due to the nature of the product. You are paying for a customization service and the time taken to personalize your item.
Refund Policy for DIgital Download Templates
  • Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.
  • When you purchase, you agree that you have read through the description and tried the demo prior to purchase.
  • I gladly accept cancellations. Request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.
  • I don't accept returns or exchanges. Refunds/exchanges cannot be provided after the delivery of a digital file due to the nature of the product. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
